The 1945 RADAR offers advanced features when interconnected with chart plotters, sounders and other navigation equipment through the programmable NMEA 0183 interface system. Additionally, with the use of the optional ARP11 internal ARPA PCB, you can track up to 10 ARPA targets on the radar screen to monitor the movements of other vessels. Using an external AIS receiver gives you the capability of tracking up to 100 AIS.
Off-Center Mode Shift your own ship position with a push of the “OFF CENTER” button, moving it to a pre-registered point on the screen. While in Off-Center mode, you can focus on a specific area in front of or around the vessel without losing track of the position.
