TRADE-IN PROCESS
1.Channel Partner credits customer’s invoice trade-in amount when customer has qualifying trade-in units.
2.Channel Partner goes to www.motorolapromotion.com and selects "Trade-In" to report qualifying sales.
3.Print redemption confirmation page to return with radios.
4.Use Motorola Recovery Packs to return trade-in units to Motorola. Radios will be sorted, validated and recycled. One Recovery Pack will be sent to each headquarter location. Additional packs can be ordered at www.motorolarecovery.com
5.Credits will be applied to Channel Partner accounts within 1-2 weeks of entering Trade-in Claim.
6.Failure to return trade-in units by May 20, 2011 will result in your account being charged the trade-in credit amount.
REBATE PROCESS
1.End customers go to www.motorolapromotion.com to redeem rebate.
2.Select MOTOTRBO or Commercial Rebate on promotion menu.
3.Enter qualifying purchased serial numbers to submit claim.
4.Print and retain a copy of Confirmation page for your records.
5.Rebate checks will be sent in 2-3 weeks.
